For Return due to Dissatisfaction

For returns or exchanges due to dissatisfaction, CARNAN reserves the right to charge shipping costs as well as other expenses associated with its return within 7 days of receipt.

To return defective products, the following conditions must be respected:

In cases where manufacturing defects are found, the customer may request an exchange of the product within the 90 (ninety) day warranty period offered by CARNAN

Products must preferably be returned in the original packaging, along with the invoice and accessories (if the product has any).

The products will be analyzed by CARNAN and if it is found that there is no defect in the product, it will be sent back to the customer. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund of Values, if the product meets the requirements above, the refund of the amount paid will be according to the payment options below:
Credit cards: you will be asked to cancel the debt from your card administrator and the refund will occur within 02 (two) subsequent invoices.

Final considerations:
CARNAN has no obligation to repair, exchange or refund products that show clear signs of misuse. Always check the product when you receive it. If you have any problems, please contact our Customer Service immediately.
